Shipping within USA

We hope you love your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied NICO SCOUT will happily offer a full refund on non-sale apparel within 7 days or store credit after this period. Returns on home + gift will be for store credit only.

Store credit can be used in shop or online.

Return items must be returned in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, initiated within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us for approval (401.594.8062 or hello@shopnicoscout.com) before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Insurance is recommended.

Any damaged shipments must be reported immediately within 5 days of receipt.

Returns not accepted on sale items, apothecary, intimates or swim.

Shipping Internationally

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at check out, please enter in your shipping destination to do so. NICO SCOUT is not responsible for any extra taxes, duties and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations, please allow up to 2 to 3 weeks.  In addition some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest for you to contact your local customs office for any additional information.

NICO SCOUT (operating as NONCHALANTMOM) Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from nonchalantmom.com (the “Site”).

SECTION 4—BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING: We do not use behavioral advertising but we do use Shopify to power our website. We have not asked them to collect any data for use in advertising.
