Event Info

The space at Nico Scout is available for events, workshops, classes, pop-ups, and community events.

Up to 12 guests seated $325 for up to 2 hours

Up to 20 guests standing $425 for up to 2 hours

$75 each additional hour

$50 after hours fee for events running past 9pm

Ticketed events may be subject to a percentage charge. Reach out to discuss the details of your event.

Guests and host must wrap up by 9:30pm.

Rental includes venue, setup, takedown, cleaning, utilities, heat/AC, wifi, Sonos speaker setup, and parking. Bathroom open for public use.
