RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love your purchase, but we know that life happens.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Nico Scout will offer store credit or exchange on full priced merchandise.
Our policy is for exchange or store credit only.
As a small business offering small batch production, returns cannot be accommodated.
Full priced merchandise can be exchanged in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition initiated within 7 days of purchase.
We cannot accept exchanges on: apothecary, jewelry, houseplants, & merchandise marked as “sale.”

Online Exchange Process: Please contact us for approval (hello@shopnicoscout.com) before sending anything back to our store.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Nico Scout is not responsible for any merchandise that is broken or damaged within a shipping box upon arrival. Insurance is recommended.
Return of fragile merchandise (glass, ceramics) must be packed safely within a shipping box. The customer is responsible for wrapping and securing items within a shipping box.
