    Total hours for July 2025: 

    July 17: 2 hour kick off meeting: In house. website, branding, concept, basic business set up questions answered.

    July 23: 30 min phone call: Switch to no website/creative, move towards consulting on business start up “next steps”. Client will call Sec of State, obtain EIN, Be sure all forms will be filed with Northwest for LLC, obtain biz banking account, client still searching for CPA, speaking to Bookkeeper this week, artist tax exempt, will check for fire extinguishers and maintenance. 

    Total: 2.5 hours: $196.88

    This workshop is designed for Salt Pond Pottery to include informational workshops on the “how-to’s” of retail business startup, along with a creative component including (but not limited to) branding, rebranding, graphic design, and tangible products such as merchandise.

    If we don't meet the full 6 hours by the end of each month, I’ll bill partially. It’s easier for my bookkeeping if there are billable hours that have an end date within the month, or show payment by month’s end. If we reach 6 hours early in the month, I can easily set up a new one and we can continue using the same method. 

    Just to note: my store automatically accepts Shop Pay bc it’s built on the Shopify platform, but for workshops its not an accepted form of payment (even tho it's listed 🙃)

    Workshops are to be paid in full. 

    Price reflects $78.75 hr.
