Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn the art of creating your own terrarium! Over the course of 2 hours, you’ll explore how to build a self-sustaining, miniature plantscape that adds nature to any interior space.
What to Expect:
The workshop will begin with an intro to terrariums, including a brief overview of why they’re an easy, low-maintenance way to bring nature into your home. I’ll share my personal approach to creating and caring for these fun glass gardens.
You’ll then dive into the process of designing and building your own terrarium. We’ll start by sketching out your design and concept, helping you visualize the final piece. You’ll choose from a selection of up to 5 pixie terrarium plants and learn how to layer different materials like soil and charcoal to create a healthy, thriving environment for your plants.
I’ll provide all the tools and guidance needed to position your plants and ensure the perfect arrangement. You can choose whether to make your terrarium open or closed, with advice on how to manage moisture and air circulation.
